U toplo mleko dodati kvasac i 2 kasicice secera.ostaviti malo da nadodje.U dublju posudu staviti oko pola kg brasna,dodati jaje,so, ostali secer i omeksali margarin dodati nakisli kvasac i zamesiti testo.Testo mesiti dok vam se vise ne lepi za ruke.Ostaviti na toplom mestu oko pola sata da naraste. Testo razvuci u pravougaonik i iseci ga na kockice otprilike velicine 6*6cm.Na svaku kockicu staviti po kasicicu pekmeza i zaviti testo u lopticu.Redjati loptice u margarinom podmazan pleh.Loptice takodje odozgo premazati margarinom.Ostaviti ih jos oko pola sata da narastaju a zatim peci oko pola sata u zagrajanoj rerni na 190 stepeni.</div>

Zamesiti glatko i lepo testo. Zamotati ga u prozirnu foliju i odloziti u frizider na 1h.<br>Podeliti testo na dva dela i lagano ga razvuci. Na sam kraj stavljati fil i preklopiti dva puta izrezati i rolnice poredjati u pleh u plehu ih seci na zeljenu velicinu.<br>Strudlice peci na 180° oko 15 min treba da ostanu svetle.<br>Jos jedna moja preporuka. Ako nemate gust dzem vec mermeladu odvojite par kasika (zavisno koliko vam treba) u serpicu i na dve kasike marmelade stavite 1 kasiku gustina. Mikserom izradite da se lepo sjedini. Staviti da provri pa mesati par minuta da se zgusne pa hladnim filovati.</div>

Margarin sobne temerature pomesati sa secerom. Miksati sa miksrom na najjacoj brzini. Dodati ulje i nastaviti jos par minuta mesanje. Postepeno dodavati brasno. Zamesiti lepo testo. Od gotovog testa praviti lokume. Koje treba susiti na 130° oko 50- ak minuta zavisno od rerne.
